Registration Procedure

Payment

A non-refundable deposit of $100.00 is required with your registration. The balance is due April 1st and must be received by that date in order to maintain your registered status. If you are registering after April 1st, the full fee for the camp must be submitted with your registration. There is a returned cheque fee of $25.00.

Acceptance

You will receive confirmation of your registration either by mail, e-mail, or by fax.

Cancellation

After full payment has been received, no refund will be issued except for medical or compassionate reasons.

Family Discount

There is an 8% discount on the registration fee for any additional family members, as well as an 8% discount to players attending more than 1 week.
